Practitioner Technologies is customer focussed. Our experienced team of IT and business professionals combine to deliver first class service and support.

Telephone and E-mail support
The Practitioner Technologies support team responds rapidly to customer support requests by telephone and email. Our product design enables us to promptly resolve support queries.

Support Club and Help Desk
Customers can decide on the level of service they require. Support is offered on a “per incident” or annual support club membership basis. Accountancy Practice members receive unlimited support and Business members receive three support calls per annum. All members are entitled to internet delivered services including software updates.

Installation and Licensing Support
New users requiring extra personal assistance receive free installation and licensing support to activate their software.

Product Advice Support
Practitioner Technologies extends its support to providing customers with emails containing product news and vital information on a regular but non-intrusive basis. This information is both topical and informative, addressing issues from product updates to changes in government legislation. Practitioner Technologies customers are kept up to date, allowing them to react quickly to change and therefore benefiting their business.

Training
Practitioner Technologies supports its products with a suite of either personal or group training courses designed for beginners through to the advanced professional users. Group courses are run at certified training facilities, with groups of no more than twelve persons. Computers, software, and a viewable instructors console are supplied for each attendee for "hands on" learning. Realistic practical examples, notes and supporting material are supplied with take home CD's for later review
