The services that Practitioner Technologies provides to you are subject to the following legal disclaimer and terms of use ("LD&TU").

Practitioner Technologies may make available to you from this site, downloads, product, knowledge base or other information (the "services") for personal and non-commercial use. The services include any updates or changes to features and are subject to the LD&TU.

COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL

Material and services contained on this site is for your personal non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the services. Any software that is made available to download from the services ("Software") is the copyrighted work of either PT Systems Pty Ltd or third parties. Use of the Software is subject to the terms of the applicable end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software ("License Agreement"). An end user will be unable to install any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement, unless he or she first agrees to the License Agreement terms.

Without limiting the foregoing, copying or reproduction of the Software to any other server or location for further reproduction or re-distribution is expressly prohibited, unless such redistribution or reproduction is expressly permitted by the licence agreement accompanying such software.( e.g. XYZ fully Worked Example).

LEGAL DISCLAIMER RE SOFTWARE

If the Software is warranted, it is warranted only according to the terms of the licence agreement except as warranted in the licence agreement, Practitioner Technologies and the copyright holder, disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the software including al warranties and conditions of merchantability, whether express or implied, or statutory, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

In no event shall Practitioner Technologies or the copyright holder or their suppliers be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, loss of data or loss of profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action arising out of or in connection with the use of performance of Software, provision of or failure to provide services or information available from the services.

DELIVERY POLICY

All of Practitioner Technologies Products are, as standard, delivered as virtual products, however physical media may be ordered as an optional extra.

Digital Delivery of Virtual Products

After ordering online, you will be sent an email confirmation of your order details to the email address recorded in your shopping cart account login masterfile detail. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your download link for your purchased product via email within a few minutes. For Interactive Workpapers products your software license Pin/s (access code/s) will be included in the download link email. Cashdata software requires download and installation first before keying an authentication code. Physical Media

Supply of Physical Media is an optional extra available for all products.

After ordering online, you will be sent an email confirmation of your order details to the email address recorded in your shopping cart account login master file record. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. All Physical media is manufactured for the specific order. We will attempt to send your goods via surface post within five working days; however if there is a manufacturing delay delivery will take a little longer.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Practitioner Technologies provides demonstration software without time constraints for users to thoroughly examine the performance and usability of all of our products prior to any investment decision.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and require a refund the required process is to submit a “request for refund of software purchase” form together with an accompanying original declaration attesting to the removal or erasure of the software from any computer or backups and also retuning any physical media at your expense to Practitioner Technologies within 90 days of purchase..

Please email us at sales @practech .com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems and send you the process documents.

DISCLOSURE REQUIRED BY LAW

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding court order, or legal process served on our Website.
