If  the Software is warranted,  it is warranted only according to the terms of the licence agreement except as warranted in the

 licence agreement, Practitioner Technologies and the copyright holder, disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the software including al warranties and conditions of merchantability, whether express or implied, or statutory, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

In no event shall Practitioner Technologies or the copyright holder or their suppliers be liable for any special, indirect or consequential
