PLEASE READ THESE SUPPORT CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Practitioner Technologies (ACN 010 536 633) of Level 17, 240 Queen Street Brisbane offers the following subscription program to you on the terms and conditions set out below:
The Cashdata support club annual subscription is only available to Club members who have a valid licence for the most currently available version of the software for which they seek annual subscription. (“the supported software” ). By completing the annual subscription application you warrant to PT that you have a valid licence for the latest release of the supported software.
Upon receipt by PT of a payment of the correct annual subscription fee in full you will be entitled to technical support for a period of 12 months (or 24 months where you subscribe for a biennial subscription.). Technical support is provided either on a telephone dial in basis to our technical support line 07 32200422 option 2 or via email to support@practech.com.au. Technical support is provided for the supported software for the installation site of the club member. Support is offered during the published times and days of availability as notified on the PT website or alternatively as determined by PT from time to time. You acknowledge that PT may not at all times be able to have a technical consultant to take your call without a delay. Our technical consultants are not available to train you through this service in the use of the software and you advise that you are already reasonable familiar with the software. PT may make a determination that you need to undertake training before PT provides any further support services. Our technical consultants are not available to provide general accounting, superannuation or taxation advice but can refer you for these services to a tax expert, superannuation expert or accountant at additional cost at market rates. Technical consultants are not available to resolve any network computing or IT problems unrelated to the software but may refer you for these services to network or other specialists at additional cost at markets rates. You agree that determinations for these purposes may be made solely by PT technical support consultants.
As a Cashdata Support Club member with a current annual or biennial subscription you are entitled to such updates as become available during the term of the subscription for the supported software and to which your installation is licensed. PT does not warrant that there will be any updates to the software during your subscription term. PT shall only be obliged to provide delivery of updates via the internet by access through PT’s website.
The subscription price includes GST, is non-refundable and is not prorated.
Except as set out in these terms and conditions and subject to any overriding legislation, PT gives no warranties and makes no representations in respect of the supply of technical support, the supported software, updates to the supported software or training and you agree that such services or products are subject to the same conditions as those contained in the original software licence agreement.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland and both parties submit to the non- exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of this state.
