Authentication
Authentication registers your site license to an installed copy of Cashdata and is a free service.

Updates
An update is a service pack that makes changes to some components of your Cashdata or Interactive Workpapers software installation. Updates can only be applied to an existing installation. Updates to a current year licensed product are a free service.

Paid E-mail Support
This is a request paid service.

Paid E-mail support is free to Support Club members (subject to currency of membership and the terms and conditions of the support club).

Non-members can purchase support on a “per incident” basis.

Passive E-mail Support
Enhancement requests, suggestions and comments on any aspects of our software products are very welcome and can be emailed to support@practech.com.au. These will be considered for inclusion into subsequent updates. E-mail to this address is a one way system for action solely at the discretion of Practitioner Technologies and is a free service.

Telephone Authentication [Telephone 07 3220 0379]

This is a free inbound only service.
Before telephoning you must have completed the steps as listed in the Authentication webpage.

Paid Telephone Support [Telephone 07 3220 0379]

This is a request paid service.

Telephone support is free to Support Club members (subject to the terms and conditions of the support club).

Non-members can purchase on a “per incident” basis .This is a two way priority support service attracting a fee for call at the current rates applicable for the service required. For example the minimum support call fee is $120 including GST (as at 31 st January 2020 ) for calls less than 30 minutes. $3.00 per minute thereafter including GST.
